Why won't my DVD play in my DVD Player?
We've mastered our DVD's to play on as many different types of DVD players as possible. In fact, it was tested on 35 individual systems. There may be a select few DVD players that our disc is not compatible with. To test this, if your DVD isn't working in the player, place it into a DVD Compatible Computer. If the DVD plays then your DVD Player is not compatible. If it doesn't play then the DVD may be defective. eMail urHere@mac.com if this occurs.

Can I play my DVD on my computer?
Most computers now have built-in DVD players in the CD-Rom slot. If you're not sure, place the DVD in your computer and see if it plays. You may also want to check to see if the DVD logo is on your CD-Rom drive. if it is, your computer is most likely DVD compatible.

How do I play the DVD Rom?

In order to play the DVD Rom place your DVD into your computer. Open your Web Browser (most likely Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, Safari, Netscape etc.) and go to File > Open. Select the folder Broomfield_DVD. Then select the folder DVDRom and open index.htm. Your DVD is now open! Enjoy.

Why can't I load the DVD Rom just from the DVD Player?
Our DVD Rom is programmed to work with computers. Unfortunately DVD players don't know the same language as computers.
